Can I add another treatment to my facial?
The menu includes Dermal Polish, dermaplaning and LED options at facial extra prices. Ask Amanda which options suit your skin and whether time is available for your chosen combination.
What should I tell Amanda before treatment?
Let Amanda know about allergies, sensitivities, relevant health considerations and any products or recent treatments that may affect your appointment. For specific questions, contact her before booking.
Do you offer pregnancy massage?
Yes. Contact Amanda before booking to discuss your stage of pregnancy and requirements.
How do I prepare for a spray tan?
Preparation and rinse times depend on the tanning product selected. Ask Amanda for instructions when arranging your appointment.
Can I buy products from the studio?
Yes. Contact Amanda for advice and current availability across the brands stocked at Phoenix.
How do I book?
Use the online booking system to choose a treatment and available time. You’ll be asked to sign in or create an account.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please call and give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the services booked, and missed appointments are charged 100%.
